Holcim Philippines, Inc. Cataract Awareness Day
It’s Holcim Philippines, Inc.’s turn for the Cataract Awareness on August 28, 2009, from 9:00am-4:00pm, at the 7th Floor, Two World Square, Mckinley Hill, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City. Wellness Visas will be given to Holcim employees and their dependents who might be suffering from the dreaded condition. This will surely a be a fun day for learning for Holcim as our eyes are after all the windows through our soul.
MAPFRE Cataract Awareness in the Corporate
One of Healthway Medical’s Premium Clients will be provided with premium Corporate Wellness via a Lay Fora with Dr. Lionel Francisco, Expert Eye Doctor from Healthway Festival Mall having the pleasure of presenting “A Clear Future today…without Cataracts.”
In conjunction with the activity, a Corneal Health Booth will be provided in partnership with Ciba Vision. There will be a Slit Lamp Machine and Auto Refractor Machine to determine the early onset of Cataract and other eye diseases among MAPFRE employees.
The Corporate Wellness will take place on Aug 13, 2009 from 1:00pm-5:00pm at the MAPFRE Insular Corporate Center Acacia Ave., Madrigal Business Park, Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Philippines

ABS-CBN’s Annual Health and Wellness Fair
Celebrating Good Health in 2009
And what better way to celebrate Good Health than starting with the window through One’s soul, the EYES. Another one of Healthway Medical’s Premium Clients this time for Corporate Clinic Services, The Phaco and Cataract Business of Healthway Medical will participate in the one day Wellness event via Lay Fora with Dr. Mario Reyes, an Expert Eye Doctor, from Healthway SM City-The Block. Once again, the audience will have the privilege to know about Cataract with the topic entitled, “A Clear Future today…without Cataracts.”
In conjunction with the Lay Fora, there will be a FREE Cataract Screening to be conducted by Dr. Chubs Tablante in partnership with Novartis Ophthalmics. The eventual employees screened with the early stages of Cataract will eventually be sent to Healthway Medical SM City-The Block for further clinic evaluation.
The Corporate Wellness will take place on Aug 14, 2009 from 8:00am-5:00pm at the ABS CBN Compound. Mother Ignacia St. City, Quezon City.
